Metal Lock Insertion System

Being a new roofing application, this system has recently been started to be in demand in our country as well. It is a special system used particularly in the roofs where high roofs are required to be exceeded, vault buildings and special projects (airport, stadium etc.).

In this system with 65 mm pitch height, roofing can be ensured for all types of architectural solutions thanks to different sizes of bracket pans (400mm – 430mm – 500mm).

Furthermore, all required cross sections can be curved and bended with the use of our vault curve machine which is capable of performing concave and convex curves in a fully automatic manner.

  • Lock insertion roofing system is a complete system together with its specific accessories.
  • As the panel production is portable, it provides a shipment advantage and saving of time.
  • Our production line which is able to perform production at the desired dimension is raised to the level of roof with the help of a crane and produced roof panels can be directly mounted to the roof in this way.
  • As the panel pitch heights of the lock insertion roofing system is 65 mm, it ensures water tightness even at low grades.
  • Panel expansion can be smoothly responded to at all times thanks to the “Weights” on which the lock insertion roofing system is fixed without the use of any screws.
  • Thanks to the special joint apparatuses in the lock insertion roofing system, such external elements as a walkway, farady cage, safety ropes etc. can be fixed without drilling the roof surface.

Metal Clamp and Trapeze Clamp

This system involves the assembly of metal panels to the roof by means of clamping without the use of screws. The advantages offered in this system designed as an additional option to other alternative roofing make the choice of cross section more attractive.

Thanks to this system which can be installed as a single piece from one valley to the other, it is an advantage for us to cover joint free wide lengths and particularly radius roofs smoothly.

Besides loss free and smooth dimensioning because of on-site measurement, an aesthetic configuration and view can be obtained owing to this product which is produced at the site environment at a desired width (210-800 mm useful width).

Optimum thickness and insulation are ensured and you can get over unnecessary burdens and costs thanks to the cross sections that can be selected on the basis of current construction and infrastructure.

Being used in the roofs with a lower grade, the system can also be applied as a TRAPEZE CLAMP (375-475-500 mm useful width) to cover a wider purline range and allow more resistance for the roof.

The options of desired colour, cross section, width and insulation as an alternative are one of the most important features of the system. Recently drawing attention particularly in dwellings and other structures as much as industrial structures, this system reveals visual richness of the structure.

Onsite Sandwich System

It means the system created at the site with the use of two layer or metals and rock wool or fibre glass as the heat and sound insulation material between roof and facade surfaces. It is a special application where you can use alternative materials with any characteristics among the layers mounted as per the system sequence.

Advantages of the System

  • Each layer (lower trapeze, top layer surface covering, insulation) is operated independently in the created system.
  • The sandwich systems designed with the use of rock wool that offer A-1 class non-flammability feature ensure fire safety required for structures.
  • Alternative coating materials such as single layer trapeze, metal clamp or trapeze clamp can be used as the top layer surface coating.
  • Top layer trapeze material can be used on the lower layers at the roofs with a greater grade than 6%.
  • Metal clamp or trapeze clamp material can be used without any joints from the roof ridge to the valley in radius roof applications.
  • Single piece trapeze clamp material can be used from the roof ridge to the valley as a top layer particularly on low grade (1,5%) roofs.
  • The trapeze sheet used as a lower layer in space frames or buildings with greater purline ranges can help creating a more economical and durable carrier system thanks to different profile options suitable for the carriage capacity.

  • It provides the opportunity of assembly from column to column without the necessity of a secondary carrier steel construction.

Our sub-concrete deck trapeze ensures a perfect composite integrity between the concrete and steel thanks to its 53 mm pitch height and advanced form characteristics. Wide gaps can be smoothly covered with this special trapeze where the carriage capacity is maximum.

A perfect link is ensured between steel and rigid concrete owing to horizontal roughening which is at opposite directions and raised on the pitches.

The useful width of 53/1000 Deck Trapeze is 1000 mm. Great economy is ensured both in the material and workmanship thanks to the wide and effective covering area.

53/1000 Deck Trapeze is produced in a roll form. Having maximum production size of 16 m, the deck trapeze can have the thickness of 0,70 mm to maximum 1,50 mm.

High pitch trapeze is a single layer trapeze made of painted galvanized sheet or galvanized sheet. Being in the scope of special production this form is also used as a sub-concrete mould besides roofs and facades.

Having a special pitch height, this trapeze removes the necessity of purline required in roof construction as it can cover two gaps from truss to truss in steel roofs and provides significant advantages in terms of joint details and workmanship.

It can be used in long distances and onsite double layer systems as a lover coating thanks to its trapeze form. It is possible to absorb the sound inside the building particularly with the use of perforated high pitch trapeze.

It detains the sound inside and prevents echo thanks to its perforated structure. The system is recommended to be used especially in very noisy and crowded areas (airports etc.).

Besides the roll forming machine included in our production portfolio, M-C-Z profiles will be able to be produced with the continuous forming line in the roll forming system upon the arrival of our profile machine which has been recently ordered and manufactured by HAYER INTERNATIONAL acting as the leader machine manufacturer of the world in this area.

These profiles can be produced up to the thickness of 3,50 mm and at the width of 75 mm to 300 mm.

The profiles will be able to be produced in a perforated manner with the use of our new machines. Moreover, our machine is capable of production at special profiles offering extra resistance through secondary lip production for the first time in Turkey.

The company provides free technical support service to its customers for the selection of the most suitable cross section out of steel construction profiles. Calculations are performed as per each project by our statics personnel with the use of static calculation program and the most suitable profile section for relevant project is selected according to these calculations. In this way, unnecessary costs are removed and maximum carriage capacities are reached to with minimum costs.

Advantages

  • It is ensured to cover wider gaps thanks to the thickness of the profiles up to 3,50 mm.
  • Their cost is low as they are light. Its 45% more lightness than other materials with the same resistance values decreases its cost at the same rate.
  • These profiles are flexible.
  • Extra resistance is brought for the material thanks to the secondary lip curve produced in Turkey for the first time.
  • These profiles can be made both of other materials and galvanized matters. In the second option, they do not require any plaster, paint or maintenance work.
  • Shipment and assembly of these profiles are easier than other materials. There is no need to perform cutting, curving, drilling, welding etc. at the site thanks to these profiles.
  • The selection of the most suitable profile section for each project is facilitated with the technical support service.
  • These profiles can be produced at any dimension in contrary to other materials which can be produced only 6 m or 12 m. Material wastage is minimized thanks to this system.
