Automatic Panel
When the “opening” button is pressed and released, the door is fully opened. It will be fully closed when the “closing” button is pressed and released (it is possible only with the sub-safety system).

Traffic Lambs
Traffic lambs inform both the driver outside and loading personnel inside that the loading area is ready for approaching.
While traffic lambs are preferred as yellow-green single flasher, red-green 2 flashers are also be used in most cases.
A standard light bulb and high quality LED lambs are used in flashers as two versions. LED lambs which are more expensive are more durable than standard light bulbs and ensure that you can save your maintenance cost. Lighting power of LED lambs provide better awareness even than the sunlight. The functions of traffic lambs can be customized.
Tyre Chocks
Tyre chocks ensure that vehicles remain stable in loading areas. A standard tyre chock provides help to a limited extent.
Electronic tyre chock runs only when it leans upon the tyre and precise application is ensured thanks to the position indicating sensor on the chock.
This application establishes a connection with traffic lambs for the tyre chock and driver. So status information in the loading area will be communicated to the driver to provide convenience.
Loading Lamb
A vehicle subjected to loading or discharge necessarily leads to darkness in the loading area. Therefore, quick and safe material flow becomes difficult at the point where the vehicle and ramp come together. When these possibilities are taken into consideration loading lights of Novoferm is regarded as a suitable solution. They are mounted directly to the door threshold without any effort and illuminate all corners of the vehicle and loading area through their flexible sleeves.
Routing Barrier
Routing barrier is quite helpful for us to prevent possible damages. They are mainly made of galvanized steel pipes and mounted to the ground to correspond to the right and left sides of the vehicle. The vehicle is directed towards the right position and any probable damages that might result from approaching errors are prevented in this way.

The loading ramp is delivered with a flat steel frame and welded to the steel profile on the ramp hole edges for this method. As the frame of the old ramp can remain on the ground, this is a favourable method in ramp replacement. Replacement process is performed in 1 day.
The ramp is produced with an angle frame and the frame sleeve is placed in a front frame and welding is performed. This front frame is made of flat steel and it is mounted to the base plate without covering its place. The front frame can optionally be sent by Novoferm for the sake of assembly. This method is a suitable solution to prepare the warehouse floor independently from the ramp. The loading ramp can be sent and mounted later on.
There are wall chocks on the ramp frame in this method. There are welded to the steel bars around the wall and then concrete can be casted. Concreting height is max. 110 mm and easy to prepare ramp hole is an advantage of this method. Warehouse floor can be fully completed except this hole.
This method is similar to other CX method and the only difference is concreting height. Raised frame is delivered together with adjustable lateral and back bolts. 100-250 mm floor constructions can be covered with this method. This method is preferred for the parts which are excessive in terms of quantity and ready to be mounted.
The loading ramp is produced as a box closed in three sides and fixed to the floor and fastened with braces in this method. The loading ramp can be delivered and mounted even at the early assembly stage thanks to this method. The ramp hole which is generally difficult to prepare is smoothly used in this method to reinforce the floor in existing buildings and ready floors.
In this method, the loading ramp is welded to the steel profiles located in front of the ramp hole. Loading ramp gets support from the hole floor. Edge protectors which surround three sides are recommended for hole cover. This method is mainly preferred as the lower section of the ramp is not required.

Traffic Lambs
Traffic lambs inform both the driver outside and loading personnel inside that the loading area is ready for approaching.
While traffic lambs are preferred as yellow-green single flasher, red-green 2 flashers are also be used in most cases.
A standard light bulb and high quality LED lambs are used in flashers as two versions. LED lambs which are more expensive are more durable than standard light bulbs and ensure that you can save your maintenance cost. Lighting power of LED lambs provide better awareness even than the sunlight. The functions of traffic lambs can be customized.
Tyre Chocks
Tyre chocks ensure that vehicles remain stable in loading areas. A standard tyre chock provides help to a limited extent.
Electronic tyre chock runs only when it leans upon the tyre and precise application is ensured thanks to the position indicating sensor on the chock.
This application establishes a connection with traffic lambs for the tyre chock and driver. So status information in the loading area will be communicated to the driver to provide convenience.
Loading Lamb
A vehicle subjected to loading or discharge necessarily leads to darkness in the loading area. Therefore, quick and safe material flow becomes difficult at the point where the vehicle and ramp come together. When these possibilities are taken into consideration loading lights of Novoferm is regarded as a suitable solution. They are mounted directly to the door threshold without any effort and illuminate all corners of the vehicle and loading area through their flexible sleeves.
Routing Barrier
Routing barrier is quite helpful for us to prevent possible damages. They are mainly made of galvanized steel pipes and mounted to the ground to correspond to the right and left sides of the vehicle. The vehicle is directed towards the right position and any probable damages that might result from approaching errors are prevented in this way.

Traffic Lambs
Traffic lambs inform both the driver outside and loading personnel inside that the loading area is ready for approaching.
While traffic lambs are preferred as yellow-green single flasher, red-green 2 flashers are also be used in most cases.
A standard light bulb and high quality LED lambs are used in flashers as two versions. LED lambs which are more expensive are more durable than standard light bulbs and ensure that you can save your maintenance cost. Lighting power of LED lambs provide better awareness even than the sunlight. The functions of traffic lambs can be customized.
Tyre Chocks
Tyre chocks ensure that vehicles remain stable in loading areas. A standard tyre chock provides help to a limited extent.
Electronic tyre chock runs only when it leans upon the tyre and precise application is ensured thanks to the position indicating sensor on the chock.
This application establishes a connection with traffic lambs for the tyre chock and driver. So status information in the loading area will be communicated to the driver to provide convenience.
Loading Lamb
A vehicle subjected to loading or discharge necessarily leads to darkness in the loading area. Therefore, quick and safe material flow becomes difficult at the point where the vehicle and ramp come together. When these possibilities are taken into consideration loading lights of Novoferm is regarded as a suitable solution. They are mounted directly to the door threshold without any effort and illuminate all corners of the vehicle and loading area through their flexible sleeves.
Routing Barrier
Routing barrier is quite helpful for us to prevent possible damages. They are mainly made of galvanized steel pipes and mounted to the ground to correspond to the right and left sides of the vehicle. The vehicle is directed towards the right position and any probable damages that might result from approaching errors are prevented in this way.

The loading ramp is delivered with a flat steel frame and welded to the steel profile on the ramp hole edges for this method. As the frame of the old ramp can remain on the ground, this is a favourable method in ramp replacement. Replacement process is performed in 1 day.
The ramp is produced with an angle frame and the frame sleeve is placed in a front frame and welding is performed. This front frame is made of flat steel and it is mounted to the base plate without covering its place. The front frame can optionally be sent by Novoferm for the sake of assembly. This method is a suitable solution to prepare the warehouse floor independently from the ramp. The loading ramp can be sent and mounted later on.
There are wall chocks on the ramp frame in this method. There are welded to the steel bars around the wall and then concrete can be casted. Concreting height is max. 110 mm and easy to prepare ramp hole is an advantage of this method. Warehouse floor can be fully completed except this hole.
This method is similar to other CX method and the only difference is concreting height. Raised frame is delivered together with adjustable lateral and back bolts. 100-250 mm floor constructions can be covered with this method. This method is preferred for the parts which are excessive in terms of quantity and ready to be mounted.
The loading ramp is produced as a box closed in three sides and fixed to the floor and fastened with braces in this method. The loading ramp can be delivered and mounted even at the early assembly stage thanks to this method. The ramp hole which is generally difficult to prepare is smoothly used in this method to reinforce the floor in existing buildings and ready floors.
In this method, the loading ramp is welded to the steel profiles located in front of the ramp hole. Loading ramp gets support from the hole floor. Edge protectors which surround three sides are recommended for hole cover. This method is mainly preferred as the lower section of the ramp is not required.

The loading ramp is delivered with a flat steel frame and welded to the steel profile on the ramp hole edges for this method. As the frame of the old ramp can remain on the ground, this is a favourable method in ramp replacement. Replacement process is performed in 1 day.
The ramp is produced with an angle frame and the frame sleeve is placed in a front frame and welding is performed. This front frame is made of flat steel and it is mounted to the base plate without covering its place. The front frame can optionally be sent by Novoferm for the sake of assembly. This method is a suitable solution to prepare the warehouse floor independently from the ramp. The loading ramp can be sent and mounted later on.
There are wall chocks on the ramp frame in this method. There are welded to the steel bars around the wall and then concrete can be casted. Concreting height is max. 110 mm and easy to prepare ramp hole is an advantage of this method. Warehouse floor can be fully completed except this hole.
This method is similar to other CX method and the only difference is concreting height. Raised frame is delivered together with adjustable lateral and back bolts. 100-250 mm floor constructions can be covered with this method. This method is preferred for the parts which are excessive in terms of quantity and ready to be mounted.
The loading ramp is produced as a box closed in three sides and fixed to the floor and fastened with braces in this method. The loading ramp can be delivered and mounted even at the early assembly stage thanks to this method. The ramp hole which is generally difficult to prepare is smoothly used in this method to reinforce the floor in existing buildings and ready floors.
In this method, the loading ramp is welded to the steel profiles located in front of the ramp hole. Loading ramp gets support from the hole floor. Edge protectors which surround three sides are recommended for hole cover. This method is mainly preferred as the lower section of the ramp is not required.

NovoDock H 100 offers a solution concept both for telescopic ramps and hinged ramps. Loading tunnel is a convenient solution for restricted area problems and it can be applied either linearly or in an angled manner. It provides the opportunity of extra storage.

NovoSeal S 620
Pneumatic Bellow
Being a part of the integrated loading module, NovoSeal S 620 pneumatic bellow operates in combination with other components.
When the door opening button is used, the bellow of NovoSeal S 620 inflates and then the door is automatically opened. When loading task is completed, firstly the ramp reaches to the 0 position thanks to the Auto Dock function; the industrial door is closed and finally the pneumatic bellow is deflated and the traffic lamb turns to green.
This automatic process enhances efficiency, ensures energy saving and prevents any possible damage that might take place on the bellow due to early vehicle departure.

It is 1100 denier SIO-LINE imported OPVC door canvas. Its resistance is quite high as hot adhesion process is performed with the help of an automatic sealing machine. Moreover, joints seem more proper and aesthetic. Luminaire window can be included between 140 and 160 cm as a standard. The number of windows can be increased optionally. The colours of gray, blue, dark blue and orange are standard. Different colours can also be applied limited to the available colours of the exported for certain quantities of door.
Control Mode
Automatic opening and closure functions can be performed through a button (opening-stop-closure), optional magnetic field, radar and remote control.
Manual Opening
Small scale doors (L: 4000 x H: 4000 mm) can be manually opened by means of discharging the brake through the sleeve on the motor and turning the pivot ratchet under the reducer through a switch in case of power cut (optional).
Safety
Squeezes and crushes are prevented through the opposing safety beam.
Paint
Metal parts contain top layer epoxy paint on an epoxy plaster. They can also be manufactured with electrostatic powder paint option.
Tightness
Minimum tightness is ensured with the help of imported cords. Tightness can be maximized by leaning canvas towards the cords around the channel when the door canvas is hung upward depending on the direction of wind.
Movement System
The upper box is surrounded in three sides and movement is ensured through the belts wrapped around the drum. Stops will be performed specially produced two-grade switch. Upper drive group of the door (drum) will be manufactured so that salvo is prevented during rotation by way of bedding them with bearings whose minimum number is 4 with certain intervals. Bedding number will be increased as the door dimension enlarges.
Wind Resistance
100 km/h wind resistance will be ensured through the bars to be placed between canvases which are made of galvanized steel pipe.

Manual: MF-5 Medicare is equipped with Metaflex handle at both sides. It guarantees to open a quality door only by applying 4 kg force without the necessity of using excessive force thanks to Metaflex handle.
Automatic: The frequency controlled automatic door system developed for sliding doors carefully elevates the spiral insulation of the door and opens it at a high speed (800 mm/s) through its many standard options. SDA-04 automatic microprocessor system offers a serial operation options such as nylon-bend or stainless steel leg switch, contact free optical hand or foot sensor, radar passage etc. Additionally, there are other door versions with remote control and service indicator which are capable of entrances and exits.

Universal Metaflex MF-5 Metaficient Spiral Sliding Doors provide an opportunity of serial usage in health industry, nuclear medical centres and pharmacy industry. They are used for example in operating rooms, intensive care units, monitoring and quarantine rooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical warehouses, X-ray rooms etc. The door is smoothly closed and doorway is fully covered at the final move thanks to the special rail design.
Why Metaflex MF-5?
Sliding doors are preferred to leaf doors in order to prevent air flow. No air circulation exists during the opening and closure processes of sliding doors. 2 m3 air is moved during the use of a standard leaf door. Restriction of free air flow is important for preventing the spread of pathogenic viruses and energy saving.

Manual: Metaflex MF-5 Metaficient is equipped with a stainless handle.
Automatic: The frequency controlled automatic door system developed for Metaflex MF-5 doors carefully elevates the spiral insulation of the door and opens it at a high speed (800 mm/s) through its many standard options. SDA-04 automatic microprocessor system offers a serial operation options such as nylon-bend or stainless steel leg switch, contact free optical hand or foot sensor, radar passage etc. Additionally, there are other door versions with remote control and service indicator which are capable of entrances and exits.

Metaflex MF-5 Spiral Door Concept: It is designed to restrict free air flow, prevent the spread of pathogenic viruses, ensure cold smoke tightness and energy saving and significantly reduce the noise level (35dB). Air tightness tests of ISO900 Version 2000 certified Metaflex MF-5 spiral doors are certified as 99,98% up to 400Pa pressure.

Fully Glazed Hermetic Door
Being the latest product of Metaflex, Fully Glazed Hermetic Sliding Door is developed for authentic insulation rooms. They are considered for quarantine rooms where the personnel applying treatments against hazardous infections take charge. The removal of the visual barrier not only makes the patients happy but also provides the opportunity of optimum control for the healthcare personnel in comparison with normal doors thanks to MF-5 Glass. The doors can be used at the locations where air-tightness is intended to be ensured in operating rooms for which transparency is of utmost importance. Its distinguishing feature is the integration of the glasses with the aluminium frame.
Operation
Manual: Metaflex MF-5 Medicare is equipped with Metaflex handle at both sides. It guarantees to open a quality door only by applying 4 kg force without the necessity of using excessive force thanks to Metaflex handle.

SDA-04 automatic system help you determine many operation types such as who is and is not authorized to open the door; whether the door must be closed in case of fire or not or whether it must be kept open to make the escape route free.
